Inhabit provides integrated architecture, development planning and real estate brokerage services to builders, owners, investors and lenders, we’re more than just “consultants” we’ve been there as designers and developers of our own projects, we get it.

We believe that value is created early-on in a project. We combine informed analysis to identify your best development options, innovative site and development planning to optimize your land, and a step-by-step approach to acquire development approvals. Our approach is thoughtful, yet practical, pragmatic rather than academic.

Firm Leadership: Julian Prossor

Julian is a licensed architect with an innovative, multi-disciplinary approach to development and home building.

This approach, acquired through an innovative career that includes leading the nation-wide store expansion at REI (Recreational Equipment Company). While with REI, his most significant project was the Seattle Flagship store.  This destination retail store celebrates REI’s outdoor heritage by integrating features such as a mountain biking test track and sixty foot indoor climbing wall. REI’s environmental ethic is reflected in the ground breaking adoption of early green building techniques. The flagship store has also been featured in many publications including; The Wall Street Journal, Time, Smithsonian and Architectural Record.

He also has held leadership positions in some of the countries top architectural firms.  He has a BA in Environmental Design from The Evergreen State College, attended the UW MBA program and holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the UW and is the past President of the UW College of Architecture, Professionals Advisory Council.
